RETURNS 

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on wigs that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! You must contact us first before refunding your package at chicaddictsllc@gmail.com within the seven (7) day return period. A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs. 

EXCHANGES 

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) days The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Chic Addicts will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return. Currently due to company policy for sanitary reasons returns and/or exchanges are not allowed on products other than our wigs.
